Harpers Ferry Civil War CelebrationEleven years…..that’s pretty amazing!  It was February of 2004 when we become “shopkeepers” in this beautiful historic town of Harpers Ferry.  And to think…neither one of us had ever operated a cash register!

Though it has been eleven years we still consider ourselves a “work in progress.”  We are always searching for new artists and are proud to carry the work of so many Made in America craftspeople.  And…we are always excited to feature the amazing workmanship of so many talented West Virginia artists.

For those of you who have been following us…you will note that we no longer have an online store.  It was a big decision – but we just felt it was time to “break up” with that format!  What our website now offers is a blog…and a gallery of the work we carry.  If you see something that interests you, just give us a call.

For those of you new to our little corner of the web…we are both former educators.  In the “old days” – before becoming shop owners…we did a variety of shows in addition to our full time jobs.  Then…The VL’s “MAN” decided that 46 years of teaching was LONG enough…so he retired and Cindi decided it was time to do more than just make jewelry…but to have an actual shop.  So, we settled in this beautiful little corner of West Virginia where we continue to love being shopkeepers!  You really do need to visit us soon!
